Shipping: You need to pay attention to the billing address and delivery address for all orders. After the information is entered we can not change the information.
Which payment system is used on the website?
Iyzico Secure Payment System is used as a credit card/debit card payment system on our website.
When will I recieve my order?
If your order is in stock and placed before 5 pm will be shipped within the day, and the orders placed after 5 pm will be shipped the next day. Products that are not in stock or made to order and require personalization are shipped within 2-3 business days.
International shipping arrival dates vary by region. Orders placed from Europe are delivered within 2-3 business days, and orders placed from United States shipped within 3-4 business days. Worldwide shipping is free for orders over $250. Shipping costs vary by region for orders $250 and below. Before placing your order, in checkout you can see the shipping fee. International orders, may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of Turkey. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
